Burning Local Train







There were about 6000 activists came out of nearby locations of railway line.
Women slept on tracks to stop the train. Men got in the train and emptied the compartments.
Then the key people came to ablaze the first class coaches.
Estimated loss to Ulhasnagar railway from destruction is about Rs. 7 Crore.

It has taken more than year to repair the station to unr3 bridge. Bridge is in pathetic condition since 26-July-05 (deluge), and it is yet not repaired by UMC.

Take more, the whole platform is destructed by activists. Train Indicator, Advertisement banners, sitting arrangements, roofs, staircase for rain cover all is in destructed state.

Hardly any glass was left in Regency Hotel.

It was a havoc like WAR in this residential area.

In Netaji Garden area, there were many more vehicles belonging to Talreja Tours destroyed like anything.



Mob also had a ugly fight with Shiv Sagar Restaurant workers. These businessman were helpless. This all was happened in front of police.

His/Her Comments: This video was captured with all the passengers inside the train and when the rioters blocked the tracks by sleepin on them.

Mob had a fierce fight with Rajaveer Bakery workers and destroyed their vehicles and burnt the bakery

There has been a superman effect on Media, they kept switching their stories where they could get more mileage. There was lot of hue and cry in Ulhasnagar other than burning train, but why would they cover that. Burning Train could grab more mileage so they hooked their cameras near the station, to record the fire and dark smoke which attracts people on TV and Newspaper.

Residences attacked, Innocents Wounded, Factories Burnt, Vehicles Destroyed, Deities Disgraced. Nothing really mattered to media.

Ulhasnagar image has been vandalized. This is a small effort to dig deep into the reality and truth which missed the media.
